your suggestion is really amazing. You should have become an interior designer - unless you already are, as I suspect :)
The good idea from has also already been implemented.
The cabinet makes very good use of the space by the stairs. The kitchen is also already properly in there - I am speechless!
I think I will mostly adopt the plan, provided the female government agrees with me.
The dressing room might get a curtain.
Well solved, the idea with the guest WC, especially that you considered that the window is above the WC. Maybe I will swap the sink and the WC and move the window accordingly. However, then no light would fall so nicely into the hallway if I took a glass door for the WC...
Regarding the basement: also a good tip from you. Maybe I will remove 2 windows in the basement and put them on the left wall of basement 1. Then hopefully there will be no trouble with the already submitted/confirmed KfW55EE application.
Do you think 4m distance to the neighbor is enough for a slope (I don't really get the difference/advantages compared to a light well...)?

I think the window in the dressing room at the back is more than enough as a source of light for the hallway = dressing room. I would rather not have a glass door in the WC, at least not if the WC is directly behind it. Switching WC and sink is an idea though.

I’m not familiar with that. I would ask the builder for that. In any case, I have no windows in the storage and not even in the utility/technical room because I hate light wells (arachnophobia). And I haven’t missed them in the last 4 years. Controlled residential ventilation removes moisture well.

That’s more than enough, you should just keep at least 1 meter as a path next to it. I think a light well is the one with the stones; slope only stays due to vegetation and the incline must not be too steep. You definitely need a light well. I called it incorrectly.
