You should just hold a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) for all of us here in the forum on the topic "Psychology of the client - How to recognize what he/she/they really is" :-)

I don’t find these narrow long windows particularly pretty either. More width would certainly help.
The parking space for the wardrobe would be no issue. How many cm on the left and right of a window do you have to account for a roller shutter box?

We want to move in the direction of webinars at the earliest in autumn; of course for all human beings LGBTTIQ :) That must be checked on a case-by-case basis, I generally oriented myself here on the 2m line as a tentatively applicable "boundary".

For my sake 100... but not open, rather with a shower enclosure. No, not there. I was thinking of a niche that takes a bit away from the bedroom/kitchen. ... Huh? Currently the living room is in the west... kitchen in the south! As planned, it can work. But if you say there are 5 children, many cabinets will be needed. I had planned just barely for 2 people. About as much as you have now. I added a cabinet on the side... Heinz von Heiden is a nationwide provider. Of course, in the north different subcontractors complete the work than in the south. They work with regional craftsmen near the construction site.

Is the light well still okay? Construction site and floor area ratio?

So much space under the roof and then not accessible? Wasteful.
Really have it insulated and accessible offered to you.

Your floor plan is compact for 5 people. There is already one room missing. Only graph paper and a thorough consideration of your own needs will help.

The light court theoretically counts as an increase in unit numbers, but the KfW55EE application (would be relevant due to the increase of the U-value by additional or larger basement windows, right? Could of course leave out windows elsewhere...) is approved. We don’t have a floor area ratio, only a building envelope (in red in the attachment) with a length of 12m and limited by a green strip. As far as I know, a light court does not need a distance to the neighboring plot.

I agree with you. I will inquire. But how is the heating supposed to be planned? Infrared on the floor, right?
And then it needs at least 2 double casement windows, which will reduce the yield of my eventually planned photovoltaic system...

You can do that yourself.

Take the west side, then you gain. Somewhere where there is no more terrace (NW)

To my knowledge, it does.

Again: are you aware of this? Your current drawing has the living room in the west. With a swap it would be in the south.
