My question was more about how you just came up with Horst van Hümpel. I haven't counted, but I have the feeling that people would be more satisfied with the franchisees of Town & Country, who all end up in the fruit box for them. And you can hardly have overlooked my fundamental skepticism warning about Big Names here.

But as always, many people post in forums, rarely those for whom there are no problems. So I hope that was an exception...

Well, it is too late to change the home provider. So far, I am satisfied. I have not found similar reports like the one from Gabriele. I also could not find any other people. Maybe it is simply too late at night now for tedious searching :)

Finding similar negative reports can be difficult when the legal department works better than the craftsmen.
