The no-go in my opinion lies in the loveless planning
I can understand your statement. As described, it is "just" a standard house with modifications. We previously had a standard house with a bay window (on the left side of the floor plan, see image from the upper floor in the attachment). However, we eliminated it for cost reasons (it was about 15K expensive). Our budget planning is tight anyway, so it has to be a standard house with modifications in terms of price. Regarding the desert: We have already signed with the house provider. The planning meeting with the architect is still pending. So shifting walls is still possible.
Do you mean the living and dining area is too small in proportion to the entire ground floor? We basically have three 35cm deep cabinets over a length of about 2.90m. I hope to arrange them flexibly. There should not be a classic TV wall unit; we do not want a TV. One more thing: How do you assess the fact that the entrance to the living room basically goes through the kitchen? Would you install an additional door immediately to the right of the entrance?
