You do realize that if you plan "hidden" doors in the kitchen unit to the utility room and pantry, you cannot use the entire kitchen unit at the top of the plan?
So it is unnecessary and just costs money!

Your guest toilet doesn’t work like this either!
With 20 cm toilet mounting included, you can no longer sit because the washbasin is in the way.
It’s already questionable whether someone over 1.80 m can sit on it without hitting their knee against the washbasin.

In my opinion, that doesn't work. The toilet is used several times a day, and you don't want to have to accept snake-like movements to use it. I would get rid of the extremely small and, in my opinion, unnecessary pantry and instead plan the kitchen unit as you have drawn it. It offers more storage space than the pantry and more utility. The space gained from the pantry, I would donate to the guest WC. By the way, I am also quite sure that the children's bathroom is too tight and doesn't work. Don't forget that 20cm for the toilet + cleaning + tiles must be added here. What about a window in the children's bathroom? Where is that supposed to go?

I would kick out the extremely small and, in my eyes, unnecessary pantry and instead plan the kitchen unit as you have drawn it. That offers more storage space than the pantry and more utility. I would allocate the space gained from the pantry to the guest WC.

By the way, I’m also quite sure that the children’s bathroom is too tight and doesn’t work. Don’t forget that 20cm are added for the toilet + plaster + tiles.

What about the window in the children’s bathroom? Where is that supposed to go?
