Yes, the two doors were definitely taken too far. I have already changed that but thanks for the hint.
We will plan at most only one entrance from the unit. If at all.
If necessary, the pantry will still end up in the corner cabinet or under the stairs, and the technology (if it really is only the technology) will only be accessible from the outside.

ok

Your guest toilet doesn't work like this either!
With a 20 cm toilet suspension included, you can't sit anymore because the washbasin is in the way.
It is already questionable whether someone over 1.80 m can sit on it without hitting their knee against the washbasin.

But could I keep the layout? The planning of what stands where would be irrelevant to me for now. Should the bathroom planner do something or do you think it won’t work at all?

In my opinion, that doesn't work. The toilet is used several times a day, and you don't want to have to make snake-like movements to use the bathroom. I would kick out the extremely small and, in my eyes, unnecessary pantry and instead plan the kitchen unit as you have drawn it. It offers more storage space than the pantry and more utility. The space gained from the pantry I would allocate to the guest toilet.

By the way, I am also quite sure that the children's bathroom is too tight and doesn't work. Don't forget that an additional 20 cm is needed for the toilet + plaster + tiles.

What about a window in the children's bathroom? Where should that go?

Regarding plaster: it is actually already taken into account – I subtracted a bit from the raw construction measurements everywhere.
