So the utility room wouldn’t have a window and is just under 5 sqm (you could additionally use the space under the stairs), but that’s how I would do it. Assuming the size of the utility room is sufficient.

So for just the technical stuff it will be enough, but I think it will be too tight in the guest room, right? But I’ll play it through anyway, thanks!
I don’t really need a second hallway now either. Rather a second entrance through the kitchen behind the carport for groceries.

well then kill the wall under the bed, then you have a large guest room

I had imagined something similar – just completely continuous and in a different style but roughly the same principle

A real wall needs space. You should take a look at it in 3D and run through it on the PC. I’m afraid it will feel cramped in this living room.
