Do you really need the 2nd door from the [Windfang]? So much door clattering is usually annoying if it's not absolutely necessary. In the past, such a [Windfang] was really drafty and had to keep the wind out. But where there is a front door today, it is basically airtight. A second door doesn't help, except to be in the way.

We planned it because in our current (KfW40) rental apartment, the hallway near the front door always has a noticeably lower and annoying temperature in winter, simply because the door is always open briefly from time to time.

But I also see that it could be bothersome.

I also like it this way. For the windows, I would also enlarge the one on the left side at the dining table. I would actually reconsider the door in the vestibule if I were you. It's nice to come in directly like that and not have to go in first, close the door, open the door, and keep walking. Otherwise, good!

Because we have more than 1 meter exactly where it is needed, and only one meter where it's sufficient. An ergonomic triangle for working.
And aside from that: because it simply looks awesome; visitors think so too and are amazed – many regret not having done the same. It's now a nice-to-have with no extra cost.
