So, after a long time, I'm getting in touch again.

We have now received the (almost) final version of the detailed planning. As already mentioned, it is currently still with the structural engineer. We have already received the first feedback from plumbing and electrical.

The following changes are still open and not yet included in the plan:

[*]Center alignment of the window in the ground floor hallway
[*]Reduction of ceiling height in the upper floor from 2.8m to 2.65m

Compared to the first planning, we have made several minor changes and a few general changes (from memory):

[*]Redesign of the dressing room on the upper floor – the partition wall was removed and a large room was created, including a roof window
[*]Planning of a laundry chute – this had to be partially integrated into children's room 1 and thereby reducing the size of children's room 2, but we accept that
[*]Unfortunately, reduction of the gable height (dormer gable) due to the building authority's requirement (max. 1.0m above the eaves of the main roof)
    [*]etc.

There were no changes in the basement compared to the first post, so I will leave that out.

The chimney and stove in the ground floor will be designed much more harmoniously and are currently with the stove builder for drawing.

We are very satisfied with the current planning and would now proceed accordingly.

Attached you will find the current detailed planning and I would appreciate your feedback and possibly further input / suggestions for improvement.

Feel free to also take a look in the ventilation subforum, where I currently have a question about the positioning of supply and exhaust air:

Thanks to you all!

Then the topic is settled. But… - Pantry placed very inconveniently (I would have integrated it into the kitchen corner) - Kitchen door opening outward  - Hallway/stairs etc. total >40 sqm, but child's room meager 12 sqm /14 sqm - Daylight spot I see for a renovation or remodeling, but not for new planning - Sleeping/dressing 21 sqm, but poorly usable. Too little closet space (an additional closet does not fit in the sleeping area in front of the bed) - 1 x approx. 3.5 m is far too little, because there is also no space in the children's rooms there - I don't really see 190 sqm. The basement is purely utility space, since the granny flat is not used at first… - Technology and bathroom are nicely large… (We have living/dining/kitchen with pantry also 50 sqm, guest WC, office 6 sqm, children's rooms each just under 18 sqm and sleeping/(mini)-dressing room (with total 6 m closet length) + bathroom at total 130 sqm) in a semi-detached house. Basement/technology/garage in the basement with 70 sqm)
