Hey, I really searched a lot, but haven’t found anything suitable so far. Do you have a tip?

Google "Gussek Haus Eibenallee". That might be going in the right direction...?

Also cool:
House Liesl by Regnauer (anyway a dream house...)

Your new floor plan is already much better! However, the staircase is way too small: 2 m x 1.60 m is never enough. Rather 2.2 x 2.2 m. Because of that, the ground floor will not work like this. There would be space in the upper floor though. I also don’t like children's room 1. I think Gussek Haus is good, but unfortunately Regnauer doesn’t quite fit. Living room not facing the garden and entrance on the side.

Regarding sofa position: everyone is different. I, for example, like to sit on the sofa with my morning coffee and look into the garden. Or in the evening with a glass of wine or chatting with friends. Thanks to lighting, the garden still looks great in the dark. For me, the sofa facing a wall with its back to the window or the room is a no-go. Then it’s really only suitable for watching TV and it’s no wonder you don’t use it otherwise. You could also make a narrow room divider between dining and living room and hang the TV there? Someone recently had planned it that way too, maybe ?

Regnauer would fit if you put the kitchen in the living room indicated there and the guest room in the basement (I find it relatively "wasted" otherwise anyway), but that's a matter of taste.

No, it wasn't me with the partition wall, but I know which thread you mean. I can't remember the name either... surely knows.

Yes, that goes in the same direction and now confirms me a bit, that is (except for a few exchanged rooms) largely our layout.

I don't like the Regnauer that much, we prefer the entrance from the front, and we don't want the bedroom facing the street. The children's rooms are also very elongated there.

The staircase is now 2x2 m. 2.20x2.20 m could be well accommodated, but a few walls would only have to be shifted a few centimeters for that.

The sofa position issue is actually not that simple, we don't want to place the TV in the middle of the room and would probably feel more comfortable with the variant in the sketch. At the same time, having both the window view and the TV view is difficult to implement.

Maybe these are ideas for you. The second suggestion assumes that you do not necessarily want an L-sofa. Possibly change the door hinge. Unfortunately, with the first one, the dresser or whatever it is falls away.
