That gives hope. There’s nothing to tear apart. That is not up for discussion. Make a room plan or wish list for each floor in writing as a list, maybe also take the questionnaire from here as support, and with that go to the architect and let him do it—preferably at first without much talking in between or even drawing anything yourself. Then you come back with the result and then... :)

So if you mean the width as the short side towards the street, no, it is 10 m wide. The length is on average (not perpendicular to the dirt road) about 23 m. That leaves 3 m for the garage.
I once briefly looked at various prefab garage offers and one for a steel garage with an outside door and a window was about 7,000 euros. However, you would already need to have a foundation. That would be extra.

Basement exterior stairs are off the table.
Lawn mower... yeah, I think my son's little kid scissors will do here :D Seriously... with such a manual mower I'll be done in 2 minutes with the tiny garden, no joke. I would have liked to have a robo-mower, but that would be totally oversized.
Yeah, bicycles are a topic: We are allowed to build a garden shed of max 8 sqm. Maybe we’ll also just make some kind of DIY bike port at the end of the garage leading into the garden. We’ll see, currently not a relevant issue.

My wife doesn’t play on the PS4 ^^ So the “extra hole” is purely for me! Nice at the edge, so I can also crank up the sound system nicely. That way I don’t have to always painfully pull out the cockpit, clear everything in the living room, but can start right away! That’s what I’m most looking forward to :)

:D Wonderful! Like Dieter Bohlen once said "that was super... super shit!". Exactly comments like yours I meant. Maybe sensible in content (and we already did that months ago) but hammered across with a sledgehammer.

Exactly, because as a paying customer I have no say and otherwise might only disturb the holy architect in his brilliant creative process with my stupid comments :D

I mean, I did fill out the questionnaire properly as you can see at the very beginning. With that knowledge and the dimensions, you should easily be able to come up with dozens of better floor plans than me. I’m really curious how you could get even more out of 3 floors of about 7x11 m floor area.

I meant that very kindly and honestly. Apparently you have some need to vent. I don't know if this forum is the appropriate place for that. We are just puzzling here quite peacefully... Presumably – and I don't mean that arrogantly. You have the architect appointment. He is paid by you to put your wishes on paper. Why stress yourself with it? It's unnecessary.

Especially if you want to see value as a paying customer, you should not turn an architect into a draftsman's assistant!

Well, it's just your floor plan ... but it really isn't good. You can already see it on the ground floor .. although without measurements, just look at the kitchen, where is the wardrobe? Your living room area is probably about 280 wide in its stub .. what kind of furniture is all that supposed to be in there?

Then

and

Then plan that and draw it ... a garage with an external dimension of 3 m .. you can't get any bikes through there, so why a garage?

Your bathroom in the attic ... is probably about 180 cm wide .. you want a bathtub and opposite the toilet .. that needs a partition wall ... then I want to see how you get through to the shower there.

So ... that should be enough to sufficiently support 's statement

;) ;)
