I have read the entire thread.

There was no agitation here and very little mockery. There was absolutely no hate. Not even indirectly.

The sole purpose of the floor plan section is to expose your floor plan to unvarnished criticism.
You did that. But every clear criticism is, for you, agitation, mockery, hate.

Accordingly, no constructive dialogue developed at all: Because of YOU! Not because of the critics. You completely refused to engage.

Now you lash out to defend yourself against something that doesn’t even exist.

That is rude to the participants, especially to those who invested effort.

How you accuse of liking the development plan, although—as you quoted her(!)—she wrote that it would “interest her sometime,” shows that you either cannot or do not want to understand what is written to you.
She doesn’t know it at all, you feel directly attacked and lash out personally against her. Impudent!

Finally, I would like to pass this good advice on to you.

Good luck with everything.

Reading your malicious advice is strange. Judging by your post, you are neither able to read/understand nor open to criticism.
It's a pity, it could have become a nice house. But never mind, just build your convoluted thing and be happy...

Goodness, what a pity. I liked the house – well, the idea from the building authority or whoever was involved. That the OP doesn't like his own house even before it’s built is regrettable. Maybe he will come to like it after all. As for the rest, the comment is hardly worth it. Just for your information: internal links are allowed, external ones are not.

.. and for reading and understanding .. Links to other floor plans that do not have a basement but have similar dimensions should not lead to doing something exactly the same, but rather to taking inspiration from the floor plan design for your own floor plan. And above all, to see that it is also possible to create rooms on the area without endless corners and edges.

Garages are usually not mandatory .. Carports are also worth it. And the question about the entrance was just to know if there is a building code requirement. Sometimes there are rules like "semi-detached houses" have to be uniform. But misunderstanding seems to be your hobby ;).

But overall, I am definitely out here.

Well, I have to tell you, I actually like the development plan. But of course, you are right about everything else. Why the OP is behaving like this – who knows. There are so many terrible fates at the moment, I’ve made it a habit to be as tolerant as possible.
Recently, I had a customer who yelled at me on the phone in a similar way completely without reason. Afterwards, she called again and apologized. Her child had just been admitted to the hospital and she was totally exhausted.
Maybe the project is already a nerve-racking disaster for the OP with all the delays and cost increases. That can really get on one’s nerves.
The fact is, this way, building will only become harder. To refuse free help and experience just because one does not recognize that we are on their side – wasted opportunity.

I have read the entire thread and am very surprised. I have never experienced such a mismatch between sender and receiver.

You're not doing yourself any favors with that. You will probably never find anyone who tells you openly and honestly what about your floor plan might still be worth reconsidering. An architect or draftsman from the builder only implements what you give them. Hardly anyone will try to convince you of their own idea. Because that just costs them unnecessary time.

I think you should reread your thread with some distance and start again from the beginning without taking everything personally.

I would sign that!
