 oh... I knew it after all. As I said, in the other thread there were multiple requests for floor plans and I was already worried about that (rightly so :D). But since we have made the provider decision, which really gives you a sense of relief because that Damocles sword is off for now, I have the energy to face the "experts'" opinions here in the forum regarding the floor plan, pardon... sketch. And since the real planning with the architect is coming soon anyway (date not yet set), I am quite relaxed about the comments here.
If that was friendly, I wouldn’t want to experience your unfriendly attitude  As I said, I am deeply relaxed. I’m done being annoyed about the incompetent community, the stupid architect for the development plan (shed roof facing north... hello, have you heard of photovoltaics?? etc.), or I can save that for when it becomes relevant again. No one forced me to show the sketches, all good.
As I said, you (at least those who repeatedly asked for floor plans in the provider decision thread) are getting what you asked for. I would already be grateful for sensible suggestions for changes, especially the bathroom in the attic will certainly not stay like that. We are actually quite satisfied with the ground floor and upper floor.
Maybe I have the wrong idea here. Our idea was that we go to the appointment with the architect, tell him our wishes, show him the development plan within whose framework we can operate, and then show our sketches of how we imagine the room layout. How the real floor plans will look in the end, I can’t estimate at all. Everything from... it fits like that, to oh dear, we have to change everything (although I don’t see how) can happen. But what do you mean by turning him into a drafting slave?? If he lets himself be disturbed by our sketches and statements like that, I would be very disappointed in him. I hope to meet a professional there.
What does the kitchen have to do with the wardrobe?? Ok, so currently directly on the left (top view) next to the entrance is space for a shoe rack and possibly a wardrobe above. And yes... on the backside of the kitchen, i.e. in the stairwell area along 2 m length, a narrow shoe cabinet and a further even larger wardrobe rod could be installed.
It is even only 2.7 m (well spotted), there are 1-2 cabinets, a small table, and a reading basket or hanging chair mounted on the ceiling planned. This will be my wife’s book reading corner :)
The garage is only for the car and not for bicycles! Ok... maybe with a wall mounting... we’ll see. Otherwise, the bikes will be brought through the garden (gate) into the garden and then to the bike port or garden shed. That is by no means clear yet and is currently very low priority for me. But yes, we have thought of it.
I don’t see the problem, our bathroom is currently even narrower than the one in the sketch. As I said, the attic and both the position of the rooms (office, bedroom, bathroom) as well as the position of the doors and windows are the least fixed. Why, I already explained on previous pages.
They always say irony doesn’t come across on TV and the internet... this is proof again. The "fire at will" (with your slam, and yes... "not worth discussing", knowing full well to accuse someone who put hours of work into it, that’s exactly what it was!, was meant sarcastically. And when I see that others also hesitate to post their floor plans, I’m probably not the only one who feels that way.
Yes, you didn’t understand. The stairway down is all the way on the right in the stairwell. To the left of it, a vertical arrow starts (the stairs up) to the landing, makes a 90° turn, and then ends in the upper floor. Accordingly, directly underneath is the stairway down to the basement. :)
I meant that quite friendly and honestly. Apparently, you have some need to blow off steam.

Why do you stress yourself out with this?

Especially if you as a paying customer want to see value, you shouldn’t turn an architect into a drafting slave!

You can already see it with the ground floor... although without measurements, but just look at the kitchen, where is the wardrobe?

Your living room area in its stub is probably about 280 wide... what kind of furniture is all in there?

A garage with an external dimension of 3 m... you won’t get bikes through it, so why a garage?

Then I want to see how you’ll still get through to the shower.

We ignorant critics should hold back more, the call "fire at will" was probably more for the thundering applause.

For my part, I am still looking for the stairway down to the basement on the ground floor. That should be somewhere in the kitchen, right? Or maybe I misunderstood something.

Yes wow!! Many thanks for the 3D view! We have a 3D quick function at Roomsketcher as well (but just from above). Overall, it looks pretty good so far. Yes, ideal is different. I want to remind again that we’re talking about a house only 7m wide, so there simply isn't that much space to create large, far-reaching rooms.
You can just let it sink in.
