The staircase with 1.97 m does not work.

I have no knowledge of this, I will discuss it with the architect.

The decisive factor is the floor-to-floor height including floor construction. The staircase is based on that, which is why there was also an inquiry from . In the new plan, the staircase is tight, very tight.

The sofa seating area is really on display. The room would allow swapping kitchen and living areas. This would make the living space more intimate and less noisy in the hallway area in the evening with the TV.

I still find the children's rooms quite large ;). Home office upstairs under the roof ... I don't know if that is so practical.

I can’t imagine having the living room in the north. For example, I have no option to use floor-to-ceiling windows there, since that side faces the play street.

I would equip the two open entrances to the living room with glass sliding doors to be able to close the area if needed.

I would like to make the room smaller and instead have a small storage room to store things like a vacuum cleaner. However, I currently have no idea how to solve this most cleverly. A new version of the upper floor. A walk-in closet is now integrated into the larger children's room, in which we can also store, for example, a vacuum cleaner.
