Yes, I usually try to stick to the template wall thicknesses. That's why it's a bit annoying that nothing is stated here.
The question is more about the story height. 2.50 m ceiling height – what do you use for the ceiling and floor? I had always assumed 30 before, but recently someone here had 50. That unsettled me.

He probably also had quadruple glazing ;) (little running gag) Why are you asking yourself that? It’s unimportant if you are moving within the standard range and don’t want to replan rick’s house or my gallery. You probably won’t want to do execution planning. As a layperson, you can’t go down to the centimeter either… Floor slab or some height in the cellar can also be added. The legend seems relatively simple: with a depth of 10 and 35 DN you get a midpoint sketch dimension of 3.50. 50 cm floor slab or base remain WH 6.00 for 2 floors. You won’t have to do any magic there. The rest can be done by the architect.

I have revised the floor plan.

      [LIST]
      [*]Stairs moved further south
[*]Slanted wall in the living area removed and opened up. If needed, use glass sliding doors to close off the living area.
[*]Corner window moved to the north

Note: I don’t find the niche in the hallway bad or disturbing. I know it from my parents’ house, and I don’t find it noticeable if a plant or something similar is placed there.

      [LIST]
[*]Due to the shift of the stairs, the bathroom has a greater depth. I removed the T, the passage to the shower and toilet should now be wide enough.
[*]I would have liked to have both children’s rooms in the south, but it doesn’t fit because of the small size. I think the northeast room should also be friendly by using large windows.
[*]Both rooms should be about 24m² in size. The children’s room in the south is too large at 28 m². I would like to make the room smaller and instead have a small storage room to store things like a vacuum cleaner. However, I currently have no idea how to solve this most cleverly. Do you have an idea?

[*]Sauna is now going into the basement, which leaves more space for the bedroom and the guest and study rooms.

What do you think about it?

[*] Exterior walls are 36.5 cm, interior walls 17.5 cm or 10 cm.
    [*] Ceiling height 2.50 m
[*] Knee wall approx. 40 cm

The staircase with 1.97 m does not work.

The dormer roof may be a maximum of 1/3 of the respective roof length. On the south side, we do not want a dormer; it is planned to cover the south side completely with panels.
