Haha. :) However, I am missing some height information. Specifically: is there a knee wall? Also: how wide is the dormer allowed to be, and is one allowed on each side? Wall thicknesses are also unknown.

Usually, the dormer on one side may cover a maximum of 1/3 of the roof area. Use little – you always have to save, because it will be more expensive later anyway. This will be enough for you:

Maximum heights/limits: WH = 6.5m GH = 10m, max. width = 9m. Due to the limitation of GH and the roof pitch of 35 degrees, the max. depth = 10m.

And did you know that they are already planning with 47cm exterior walls?! :cool:
