So far the plan is to build it together. The tracing is quite complete and accurate. If you think a detail is missing, I can gladly try to add it.

What do you mean by Goalkeeperthread? Do you also have comments on the floor plan? :)

The thread by - who asked me, by the way, to point out that the intended core topic is his beautiful house, and not Mayor Dumb and Neighbor Dumber - is THE standard work for builders of any kind of terraced houses (a semi-detached house is basically a two-unit block without a middle house). I thankfully decline the unnecessary effort of consulting my crystal ball about WHICH detail(s) might have been omitted. This has to do with appreciation of knowledgeable assessments and including fundamentals as much as possible in their original form.

I am not sure if I am allowed to simply publish the things from the general contractor on the internet, so I imported the floor plan as a template into Sweet Home 3D and traced it. Pretty cool function of the program, you can't really do much wrong. Therefore, in my opinion, everything is there to evaluate the floor plan. Too bad, I probably can't convince you anyway :). Thanks for the link to the thread, I will read through it.

Perhaps someone will still find some comments/criticism on the floor plan?

What I do not like is this equipment room with the passage. On the one hand, the question why the door from the carport opens inward instead of outward. On the other hand, the question of whether the construction as such even makes sense. - You cannot reach the bicycles from the shed as long as the car is parked in front of it. For me, an absolute no-go - As long as you want to use the passage, you basically lose a large part of the shed

. The carport has a width of 4.52m, a car is about 1.80m wide. So more than 2m remain as a passage. That should be sufficient or am I missing something? The point about the door is very good, I will have it changed. Regarding the passage. The shed should be accessible from outside and from the garden. I don’t know how else it could be solved. I am open to suggestions.
