It seems to me that you can only absorb a fraction of what is said here constructively.
Only setbacks are happening here. The new drawings resemble initial ideas from someone who has just bought a plot but has never dealt with designs before. As if the entire 9 pages did not exist.

From O to O means: from October to Easter.

Please provide criticism of the floor plan and not of the person!

No, this design, like the previous one, does not require detailed criticism; it belongs straight in the round file. It is a pity that so many good pieces of advice have been given here, which could be accepted. The dependency of the sloping roof on the functional living space in the attic was also mentioned. At the very least, one should grow and advance with the insights from this discussion along with one’s knowledge of dependencies, whether regarding orientation or the sloping roof. Instead, the design falls back into the infantile pattern. It may be that you do not like the answer, but it is as I say.

Why do you put yourself through this, developing the simpler floor first? Deriving the more complex floor from the less complex one is so much more tedious that 2. professionals fundamentally avoid this mistake and 1. amateurs regularly produce a satisfactory ground floor, further develop it into an even more satisfactory ground floor, and then from attempt to attempt despair more and more deeply trying to get a matching upper floor. First comes the room program for both, then in the pictorial representation the upper floor has priority. This also applies to the staircase, which must first be developed in general and then from the exit to the entrance. The exit should be as close to the center as possible and checked for the headroom there; going down then almost happens by itself.

Since it seems I am not a lost architect, I continued searching for inspiration and discovered a floor plan that covers many, if not all, of our requirements and, I think, is very well feasible on this plot of land. Yes, it is again a house with a basement, but initially, that was also a consideration that was only discarded for budget reasons. If the house is built smaller (here 128 sqm), it should again be compatible with our budget at first glance. In addition, the plot has a height difference of about 3m from one end to the other. A solution would have had to be found here anyway.

Why this floor plan?

[*]the house is somewhat narrower and fits into the building window, leaving plenty of space between the neighbor's hedge and the house
[*]the straight staircase does not have its entrance near the front door (a plus for us)
[*]the study is located at the top of the plan and has direct access to the garden
[*]the living room is located on the left side of the plan, has direct access to the terrace, and gets a lot of sun
[*]the kitchen has a large cook island and the dining area has a beautiful view
[*]the staircase landing leads to a window, the sun should be visible here in the mornings. The hallway is no longer dark
[*]the bedroom faces away from the side of the federal road and has a dormer that allows a view of the garden
[*]the two children's rooms share a dormer, one of them will be the second office. It was originally also a wish to place the office at the bottom of the plan in order to have a good view

In fact, I see many of our wishes reflected in this floor plan and feel that I have to make few to no compromises. The basement raises the entire house and additionally improves the view. The house is already situated on a hill and would provide a good view over the landscape at the bottom of the plan through the basement. The simple geometry (no bay windows) should keep the project cost-effective.

What are the external dimensions? And how is the roof supposed to run? And why the terrace at the living room .. actually more practical from the kitchen side How is the house supposed to be placed on the plot? How is the 80 cm knee wall taken into account? See rooms [OG].
