Hello . Sorry, my mistake. I didn't consider that the OP understands less about the subject.

Here again with labels:

Where it says excavation, the OP still wants the garage at a distance of 4 m. It will then stand higher or needs to be dug in.

I actually thought, because of the diagonal lines I colored yellow attached by me, that you wanted to illustrate to the OP in a simultaneously perspective-distorted-and-linear drawing the nonsense of his words. Without these two lines being diagonal, I would also have thought that you wanted to make one last, probably pointless attempt to appeal to his understanding of the situation. Since you are not allowed to divide by zero, I consider the quotient of “wanting to plan oneself stubbornly” and the OP’s basic understanding to be incalculable. Maybe he is Japanese and his sense of honor has a problem admitting that he needs an architect [sad winking smiley]

But this must stay between us, at least before 10 p.m. Liking and being able to help mögen und können, yes, always gladly. Wollen is what the local OP does as a planner. We probably need to practice percentages again: eighty out of twenty-one thousand seven hundred posts are not 80 percent. And your choice of words, given that I take things with humor and some questioners need a big pack of humor popcorn mix, seems inappropriate to me.
