You are not making it easy for us! Rather, you are still confusing. Of course, you confuse that if you do not deal with your property as a user 24/7. Constructive criticism is only good and feasible if there is an exact basis for evaluation and discussion. Maybe you should enter your intended house into the elevation plan yourself, which I asked Matthias to do. Possibly you will see the problem yourself?!

I have once drawn the ground floor onto the property. However, I would not want it like that.

What does the surrounding area look like now?

Where is the development plan?

Of course not, the OP only reads the applause for the floor plan, of which there is none. So let it go, keep drawing, da capo. What is said when someone doesn't listen is unimportant. I'll move on then, the Sultan is thirsty.

I have already done that,

The placement is not quite correct. The house should be further to the right.
More interesting, however, would be what exactly you wouldn’t want about it. I would appreciate it if you could be more specific here.

The surroundings can be seen in the pictures I attached in the first post.
There are currently no houses in the vicinity (radius 100m). The best view is when you look out from the dining room / living room.

I am reluctant to attach the development plan because I don’t necessarily want everyone to know where I am building and what the house might look like.
There are no further restrictions in the development plan apart from those already mentioned. (max 12m, 500m^2 maximum footprint, and the roof shape is free)

I would definitely not take my own draft to the architect. With this budget, it's just ridiculous. I'll just list one after the other what is botched and immediately strikes the eye, without much rating or ranking:
[*]Load-bearing walls not aligned [*]Staircase questionable headroom [*]Kitchen maximally far from the terrace [*]Living room tends to be a walk-through room [*]Guest WC right next to the cooking pots [*]Staircase entry next to the front door in the dirt area [*]Windows random sizes and distribution [*]Children's rooms all different sizes [*]Pointless corners in the children's rooms [*]One children's room under 3m width [*]Mini bathrooms - freedom of movement questionable - ridiculous for the house size [*]Parents' bed under the window [*]North-facing children's rooms (no, they do not look outside) [*]Kitchen ergonomics questionable with nearly 6m back and forth [*]Laundry chute through the living room
These are probably not even all, and I haven't even looked at the basement and the sloping terrain yet! Take a list with your wishes, nothing more.

[*]Sliding door of 2 meters does not work.
[*]Offset "load-bearing wall" on the ground floor.
[*]Partition wall in the dining area already maxed out at 3 meters
    [*]Bedroom is a walkthrough room
[*]Floor-to-ceiling windows in front of shower and toilet
    [*]Bathroom above the kitchen
    [*]Bottleneck in the children's bathroom
