You caught the first draft of the development plan. During the development, there was a plan change and the parcels were reduced in size. Basically, the one shown in your picture and the plot (No. 22) below would be possible. A terrace facing west would be nice, yes.

We have planned the basic layout as well as the floor plan for plot No. 21 or alternatively No. 22 (both 450 sqm, similar layout).

You already write that the draft comes from your own pen, you can tell in every corner and cranny. Orienting the terrace towards the street is one of the biggest fails in my opinion. I would also always place the front door as close as possible to the driveway/street so that I don't have to walk 15m to the front door. Then I would – since the plot allows it – use the 11m in east/west orientation so that more "south sunlight" comes into the house, which is especially a blessing on sunny winter days. For that, you just need sun protection in the summer. The guest bathroom can be smaller – also with a shower. We easily managed that with 6.5 sqm. I also find the kitchen and dining area somehow impractically designed. Draw the furniture to scale and the sanitary fittings, then many things will become clearer and other solutions here and there will probably be better.
