Floor plan of a single-family house on 450 sqm of land

I am pro #22. Have all the plots already been sold? There is even a plot with 533 m2 still listed on Immoscout.

Only part of the plots are allocated by the municipality with a local resident model. For us, only #21 and #22 are an option because the rest are too big/too expensive. Not to mention the remaining plots that are allocated privately.

I don't have much knowledge about floor plans and a poor sense of space. That said. But I wouldn't want my dining area next to the utility room. What's wrong with swapping the living room and the utility room?

As far as we have read, the utility room should face the street in terms of access.
