Yes, I have read it by now. Then let them be 10 meters long and 2.5 meters high. However, the thing with the hedges is irrelevant to me. I don't want panoramic windows facing the street, where the village bus also passes every half hour. I already find it unpleasant when I walk past the new development area in the evening with the dog and can look straight through the houses in the RAL7016 wonder world with their all-around floor-to-ceiling windows. Large windows to the garden are very welcome; nobody looks in there, but I would like to keep that limited towards the street.

It is not quite that simple. Consecutive enclosed parking spaces are often not accepted as parking spaces. As I only know boundary construction with a maximum of 9m per side, this garage is not possible anyway. The 15m are completely added up for all 4 sides of the property.

But there is only something on one side of the boundary, what am I supposed to add there? On the other side, there may possibly be a carport, but a parking space either way.

I would like to keep the focus of the discussion here on the actual house.

I didn't suggest that either! 9 meters. no more. 2.50 is too low. Please inform if you want to quibble with us and don't believe.

First clarify the basics and then go into the detailed work.

That would also be an additional peripheral development, and after the consumption of the 9! permitted linear meters on the left side of the plan, a carport of 6 meters could be placed there. I know where I wouldn't put the closed garage, that would be in the west. I know where I would put the closed garage, that would be in the east, and that is up to the building boundary. Use this closed interior wall in the house partly as a utility room. Possibly move the door further to the right on the plan... but the design would actually have to grow; the requirements are not straightforward. I wouldn't know whether I would plan the closed garage with 6 or 9 meters or rather the carport with additional AB as 9 meters long. But: you do have options.
