Okay, I think doing it differently once is better than adjusting everything somewhere. For understanding, here’s a snippet from Google Maps, the red area is ours. Unfortunately, I can’t zoom in any further.

 Of course I don’t expect to become a tourist attraction. But I know from neighbors with living rooms facing the street and windows at chest height there, that literally EVERYONE who walks by just stares in. If I always have to keep the blinds down, then I don’t need windows at all.

What is still missing is a real site plan with the building window and the measurements drawn in. Everything always is scattered in various posts here and there, which is very tedious, so this was already recommended for the thread opening.

Now with a view from Google

Why isn't your garage on the right side of the plan, i.e. where the tall building is anyway? And why is your garage planned with a length of 11.80 m? That doesn't belong on a boundary. What line of thought is connected with the internal width of 4.4 m exactly?

Plot approx. 20 m wide and 35 m deep. Why this square house shape, why not more elongated? Because of photovoltaics .. one could also consider an east/west orientation, that definitely needs to be examined.

Ultimately, it turns out that almost nothing remains of the architect's design. And who would have thought, exactly the things you changed catch our eye. Maybe you should leave the matter to a professional after all? How wide is the property at the street?

Maybe. I just had the brilliant plan to show up at the next meeting with especially smart ideas. But apparently, they're not so smart :)

19.8 m.

And, how is the building window? Especially the rear line?
