Planned for vampires.

The garage takes away your light. 2 spots in a row are usually not accepted. Boundary development is too long.

You can bring the light from the south into the house without it serving the amusement of passersby. Luckily, I am so boring that no one looks curious. At the terrace, there is only the parking lot of the bank and the family doctor's office.
The roof over the terrace turns the kitchen into a cave. You need light in the kitchen; the utility room is still nicely bright. Even in summer, the roof takes away your light.
The outdoor heating is a sign that energy is still far too cheap.

Make the garage smaller, change the house shape, rearrange the rooms.
Only the terrace at the back I would leave.

Strange. I have a building permit and indicated 2 parking spaces one behind the other in the plan. Otherwise, it wouldn’t work on an 18m wide plot anyway; where would 6m width for 2 parking spaces side by side come from?

I wouldn’t know what that has to do with your property, but of course there are solutions. The simplest would probably be not to place the garage and the house side by side. It depends on your development plan, but that should not be the topic in this thread.

I have an 11 (eleven) meter wide (narrow?) plot and 2 parking spaces side by side. Of course, it works ;-)

If that’s not the topic and it depends on the development plan, why is it then said here that 2 parking spaces in a row are not allowed? So what now?

Good question. Someone mentioned it and the rest picked up on it. Long story short: It is not relevant and does not need to be discussed further.
