One wonders what all there is ... o_O
In our former rental house, we had a 3-meter lift-and-slide door system facing the street.
It was a nightmare, so extreme that we would never have built the living room facing the street. Many passersby are old people, and I would never have believed how bold some are until I saw it. They really stop to stare into your living room with their mouths open.
In the end, we had some vertical blinds in front of it and often the shutter down. But as soon as the weather was nice and the curtain was pushed a little to the side, the staring would start again. Sometimes I had fun with it and waved at them. :D
So you should definitely consider that. A hedge only helps to a limited extent. Because before it’s two meters high, Grandpa is already peeking over it.

And, are there also a few notes on that?

That doesn't have any particularly deep underlying meaning, two cars one behind the other and next to the car enough space to open doors wide or to have a bicycle standing on the side.

2 cars one behind the other? Normally, a maximum of 9 m boundary construction is allowed .. how is that supposed to work? And, what is practical about that?

Border construction 15 meters (not as originally stated 18 meters) is allowed, so it should be fine. Maybe it will be a bit shorter because of the 25 m² rule. Whether the garage is practical can really be my problem at this point; it's a simple rectangular room. Maybe I have a car that is rarely driven and can therefore be parked at the back. The everyday car then stands in front. I had it like that in the house before the predecessor, and it worked well. Only the garage there was only 3.5 meters wide, which was far too narrow.

Sometimes I wonder why people answer here when it is not addressed. I write something about hedges, you come with blinds… I write your building regulations here, HBO on the subject of garages, you don’t look. Again: side area of the garage to the neighbor maximum 25sqm, a total of 15 meters of boundary construction allowed. Not 12 meters, not 11.80. About 9 meters with common garage height, as it is regulated in other countries as well.
