The entrance situation works so much better this way, but compared to the great, open kitchen/living/dining area it still feels somehow blocked, sorry. If it is to remain like this, the wall from the hallway to the utility room or bedroom could be moved to the right according to the plan to align with the WC wall. The room where the doors currently open cannot be used anyway, and this way you could place the WC under the stairs and move the door to the right. However, I am not sure if iterative improvement is sufficient at all or if the first third of the ground floor should be considered together with the upper floor and possibly completely rearranged. For example, I am still not a fan of this en-suite bathroom because it takes up a lot of space and restricts the flexible use of the bedroom. However, I understand that you don’t want to go from the bedroom through the hallway into the bathroom... so why not have the bedroom upstairs and a combined guest/workroom downstairs? It’s standard, but that doesn’t mean it has to be bad. In any case, it fits better with room usage during the day. Another breakthrough would be to move the connections and building services to the garage (if possible).
