I agree. I believe that still too many future situations are considered. But there are a thousand other things like that, and then the next thousand of those occur. I would preplan the fundamental, highly probable things; the rest will sort itself out.

Especially since the budget for such all-risk construction combined with other wishes often does not fit together...

I doodled a bit, but with the given specifications, not much comes out of it. I would find the arrangement of bathroom/bedroom better like this, but the utility room and bathroom are now naturally even smaller. A wardrobe might possibly be placed in the stairwell. But especially the entrance situation is very unpleasant. I agree with the others. Rethink the whole concept again.

I don't like enclosed stairwells.

There is no enclosed stairwell here either, but rather a "hall" in the figurative sense. Acoustic construction will be necessary so that you can't hear what's happening downstairs in the entrance area from above.

I would open the stairwell, make the kitchen and dining area the central point.

Draw a bed with 2 meters internal dimensions

The drawn bed is 2 meters wide (outside) and 2.3 meters long, so it should already fit approximately.

I need a heat pump (60cm tower with everything inside, available from Nibe),

Washing machine and optional dryer tower - 60 CM.

Cabinet for other technology like photovoltaic inverter, battery (just reserve space), a bit of IT.

Electricity/water can be on the west wall.

Controlled residential ventilation can be on the ceiling.

The technician and installer need working space. Connections/fittings/meters, you have to be able to access all of them and also occasionally turn something with a tool.
The electrical cabinet needs 1.50 meters of clearance in front of the cabinet itself.

We dry laundry outside, in bad weather sometimes in the living room or guest room upstairs or something (or the useless hallway :) )

Where is it sorted in advance? Folded together? Ironing in the living area is okay, but you also have to store things temporarily...

Cleaning cabinet can still go under the stairs.

Uh… what else is supposed to be in that tiny hallway? I thought I read something about an age of 50… one should actually know that recycling takes up space and you own more than just one jacket.
