Floor plan MGH 200QM - Evaluation ideas

is the podium staircase a must-have? I keep feeling that it just doesn’t fit into the floor plan. Upstairs you only have to access 3 rooms and yet 10 m² are used for it

Definitely not a must-have but a simple/comfortable staircase is desirable. (and there are 4 rooms.) I can easily imagine a few bookcases in the hallway upstairs and that way the space is used wisely.

I don’t find this satellite toilet nice. Why don’t you combine the toilet with the bathroom? Possibly also with an additional door. But even the water connections in all corners would bother me because they are not efficient.

From when is the Neufert, where did you get it from and what did you pay for it?

This will not be a staircase with a landing measuring 241x206, it will only be a spiral staircase without a landing.

I am still sorry that you are making the plans worse rather than better. The main room with 11 m width somehow no longer has anything cozy. And, [Bad en suite aber ohne WC] I also don’t think is good.

The two large rooms upstairs are also difficult to furnish with a bit more wardrobe space.

This satellite toilet is not nice.

Some call it a guest WC :) So I guess now we have reached opinions, which is fine but doesn't really help much, we have been able to "test" our ideas a bit and thanks to this forum know a little about the limits and pitfalls of different floor plans. With that, I think we are well prepared to evaluate a professionally created floor plan.

You want to fill the 1.60m wide hallway with cabinets?
