The classification as a full story has nothing to do with whether you finish the basement with living spaces - but exclusively with how much it protrudes from the (original) terrain.

From coordinating the renovation of an existing heating system to planning and calculation, as well as implementing an intermediate floor made of HEB beams for several tons of load.
We take the advice on board, but the plan with a lot of own work remains in place.
It’s better to go to the architect with a wishlist than with concrete drawings – for such supposed "preparatory work" there is zero percent discount.
We have already created a detailed requirements list and have a draft from the architect. But the draft is not only 50 m² larger, but also only fulfills a fraction of the points on the list.
