That’s due to constant frustration eating because of unanswered follow-up questions. I’m a fellow sufferer there.
As far as I might have asked follow-up questions in this thread, I’m now refraining from answering them. I also hardly derive any frustration from open follow-up questions. My frustrators are rather the people who post a FAQ (preferably titled "Help!!!" without any pointers to the core of the topic) as "their question" without even symbolically bothering to use the search function a little bit and then either disappear for at least a week or bump their thread after two hours with "Hello, really nobody has an answer yet?"
Dreamers don’t frustrate me. I just don’t have any time left from my pro bono consultation hours for them. Because their threads generally have no substantial silent-lurker added value (beyond the popcorn factor) that one must be able to expect from a worthwhile community.
If there is a survey plan, then bring it here. Then I will even take the trouble to trace the contour lines. I have so far assumed them as given. My piece of paper cannot handle XYZ coordinates. I cannot imagine that setback areas to the building envelope in a development plan are not exactly 3 m.
