No exterior window. An interior window from the living area high up, from the upper study at a normal height. That can be a nice feature in the wall in the living room, you can order a coffee through the window, move into or out of the sidelines... Not super sensible but if it fits, a nice feature.

Ah yes, cool idea ;) Maybe then wider than a normal one. I have to sketch it in my planning software.

I would treat myself to a more comfortable staircase to the [DG]. Otherwise, people tend to rather give up on climbing upstairs.

The possibilities are not worth searching for. Have a pull-out staircase installed in the hallway in front of the closets and abandon all hope of having more valuable space up there than for (albeit quite a lot of) clutter. Get a gable-parallel sectional drawing of the building if you do not understand the worthlessness of the attic space from the floor plans. The little staircase at least deserves a special award in the category of cabaret & comedy ;-) but the attic space itself is a joke (and an all the worse one the more fully it contributes to the price of the apartment).

I almost wanted to make a suggestion… and unfortunately have to apologize for my advice. A few days ago, in response to the freshness of your post, I requested an open plan of the attic, which never came, and I didn’t zoom in on measurements or anything anymore. … and after reading this, I see the little disaster, at least if you plan to use the attic as living space. Standing height is only available over a width of about 1.65 m… so you really don’t need to plan a full staircase as I had suggested. Mea culpa! And/but if you still find some use for the space under the roof (personally, I do see a little emergency spot there), then a simple staircase, but not one at the level of a pull-out ladder.
