Yes, unfortunately there isn’t much happening up there. With a 5-meter gable wall, I would have expected a large window front despite the north side. So there are only very small window openings at the bottom and top. Kind of a shame. As a staircase, I could imagine a fold-up staircase attached to the wall, like from Klap - ster.

Sorry, can't edit anymore. This type of staircase doesn't work at all, it probably has to be spiral at the top or I'm not seeing it correctly on the plan.

And/but if you do find some use in the room under the roof (personally, I already see a little emergency spot), then a simple staircase, but not one at the level of a retractable attic ladder.

Any retractable attic ladder would at least be worlds more comfortable than the planner's joke.
