I never added up everything that came between demolition and construction. There was quite a bit. Here a saddle, there this.
Clarify whether the wall on the slope can stay as slope protection. If it is demolished, the slope must be supported until the wall in front is finished.

So far I couldn’t find anything except that structural verification is not included for buildings with more than two residential units.

I have been thinking again about the room layout etc. the sun path As I said, the plot itself is not nice, built up. But the view to the west between the two houses is great (skyline), and also to the northeast (treetops). The red-bordered lines roughly mark the new house. For the living rooms on the ground floor, I think the living room should be at the front after all, so that at least some sun reaches there in winter, right? How should the windows ideally be distributed in our living room? The architect has planned narrow windows left and right of the television, doesn’t that cause glare? A "corner window" (with supporting pillar because it’s expensive) would do the view good, but most of the sun naturally comes from the southwest. Prefer a "normal height" wider window? A wider floor-to-ceiling one? Several distributed. Of course, it would be nice if there is still some space for furniture. The window at the dining area can, in my opinion, be removed; a cabinet could go there instead.
