Okay, the washing machine only fits in the bathroom now and the guest bathroom on the upper floor is very narrow, but the balcony is the hit, right? ;)

So, finally. Thanks for the floor plans, but we neither have the time nor the energy to completely discard them again. It’s also really not easy to plan for the plot, or rather to get an overview of it. The terrace, the garden, for example, are on the right side in your case on the first floor, so no balcony is necessary. However, I have taken some suggestions and will shortly post updated floor plans; after that, I will withdraw for now, for my mental health ;)

I just like purple suggestions ☺️

So many specifics in daily routines, family situations, hobbies, quirks, number/age of people, etc. There is no right or wrong, only what fits individually. No one can plan the floor plan as well as you can – the only thing you can get (and that beforehand) are planning tips like, for example, kitchen/bathroom stacked above each other, etc. That helps.

Especially since we sat together for a long time with a real ;) architect, not a pencil pusher, and went through all kinds of stair shapes :) So it didn’t just come from our own ideas. I really disagree with some statements, but you can have different opinions. Attached is the floor plan with small but quite good changes, especially with the ground floor I am super satisfied; we like it much better!! But in the proposed floor plans, very small tables were simply used, so it suddenly fit. However, I also think that a large table will fit there well ;) My husband and I have together 6 brothers ;)
