That is what TV and brochures suggest as the ultimate, but in reality it is usually not that practical: with induction you hardly stand at the cooktop, you don’t need a cooktop for every meal, fat splashes in all directions, an island requires a more expensive exhaust solution... Just reconsider what is really so great about it.

The idea is commendable. We originally had the same thought because it looks similar in our case.
The fact is that you will have the garbage bins standing at the back by the carport, and the space there is too tight if four people get out of the car to enter the utility room. Not to mention that if you want to bring beverage crates from the car into the house, you won’t feel like pushing your way through between the cars (and possibly the garbage bins) ;)
Better make a windbreak as a dirt trap in the entrance area.
In my opinion, you would have to extend the carport eastward for the entrance to be usefully accessible. But that is way too expensive.

Regarding the terrace, I would ask a garden landscaper; they have good ideas.
I might make a large lift-and-slide door at the bottom of the plan so that in summer you can sit at the dining table with the feeling of being outdoors! Then the terrace in front of it.

Your desired dirt sluice was drawn in for you by . What you have there in the drawing is dirt and washed white laundry combined. As A. has drawn, it makes sense, plus you already have a too small wardrobe. That would be compensated by this. Overall, I like the floor plan. I would definitely move the entrances to the dressing rooms to the bottom of the plan (by the stairs), so forward. That results in a better shower, but the bathroom would certainly have to be rearranged due to the loss of the washbasin. I would consider a free-standing tub. Who cleans behind it? And who is allowed to enjoy which view from the street? I don’t like the kitchen layout; the access is a bottleneck – any elegance that the open space could radiate is lost because of the peninsula. I would probably try moving the house entrance one meter up on the plan and then built-in cabinets below the door on the plan. Then the front door is also not directly in line with the continuous axis leading to the armchair. Because as it is now, that will probably not be the coziest place.

That won't be nicely "open," it will be a hall. Why a Klöntür in a place where no one will wander to chat? What may seem "clearly structured" from a layperson's perspective is rather a planning error. The disproportionately large utility room alone is enough to destroy any "architectural feeling" in this house. That looks very much like "we know exactly what we want (but unfortunately have zero photographer's eye for spaces and little sense of dimensions)" to me. Try working with the hypothesis of doubting all "beliefs"—preferably "the most firmly held ones first."

Hello :) I like the floor plan overall. However, I would plan the kitchen differently. I find the note about the [kochfeld] very valuable. The most work in cooking is usually the preparation, not stirring the pots. Additionally, I would recommend including a buffer in your budget. Are the [baunebenkosten] and the outdoor facilities included in your limit? [möbel] and [Küche]? If so, I find the budget a bit tight.

Or... what would probably be really good:
Staircase moved one meter downwards according to the plan, opposite the door. Freely floating. Then there is still enough space on the utility room wall for a wardrobe cabinet, you enter the kitchen past the base of the stairs, the staircase itself gives enough airiness in the room.
It also fits upstairs if you move the stairs.

Basically reconsider the length/rise of the stairs, and while doing so also the room height.

But what I actually wanted to say: the boiler/heating/storage will definitely be mounted on the exterior wall. I don't know it any other way: short distances! :)
