Floor plan for a 170 sqm single-family house / Bauhaus on a 520 sqm plot in NRW

I do not find the size of the dressing room and the utility room appropriate. I would rather make the bedroom bigger. I also find the short hallway to be unusual. Personally, the entrance area would be too small for me. People are practically already in the dining room when they come in.

The kitchen won’t work like this. I also think that the HS line will be 240cm long plus an 11cm wall. That’s not enough, for 4 x 60cm HS you need 250cm. Doesn’t your architect know that?

And always circling this little island tip, no.

And those corner windows where only part underneath is furnished always look half finished.

green is the dishwasher door, the passage is 100-105cm, the distance to the wall units is 2m. This is not a cozy kitchen.

If the table is to be 250x100 in size, the minimum space requirement is 430 x 280.
