Hello, thank you for your thoughts. We need a large office downstairs because both work from home and the office can also be used as a kind of guest room. A living and dining area for at least 8 people and a kitchen with dining area with access to a pantry.

We would prefer a straight staircase, ideally not directly at the entrance.

Wardrobe, utility room and technical room. Upstairs we need three children's rooms between 13-15 sqm and a bathroom for all and a bedroom with dressing room. Also, there should be a normal staircase leading to the attic, which could be used as a kind of playroom.

The plot is 600 sqm. The front is west and the back is east. The house may only be built as a single story and only a gable roof with a pitch of 45° to 52°. It must be positioned with the eaves side facing the street. 12x12 would fit well.

Attached are some changes that have now been made. The bay window will still be adjusted with the dormer on top so that it fits harmoniously and the corner below becomes straight. The office door from the hallway will be removed. It is not needed. Possibly washing and drying will go upstairs into the storage room. But we are still unsure.

Where is the 5th man sitting in the kitchen?

Have you seen my proposal for the kitchen? The bay window 60 cm wider then it fits like that.

The wardrobe is insufficient for 5 people.

The office does not need a 2nd door

That's what you mean, right?
The bay window is the same width, isn't it?
You moved the wall in the kitchen more into the HWT.
But does the technology still fit in your proposal next to the pantry?

I think so. You can try playing Tetris.

Otherwise, you still have space in the attic.

.. honestly .. sure, you can build the kitchen like this, but it’s still not a kitchen for a 5-person household in a house over 190 sqm. A single bottleneck. It’s about 380 x 260 cm, if I remember the measurements of the area correctly.

Here are 3 kitchen floor plans -
once a real living kitchen, so eating/cooking together, living elsewhere in the house, where cooking with several people is also possible

Where orange symbolizes the people who are actually working in the kitchen, yellow the people who are just standing and chatting, and green the people who are just walking through the kitchen to the terrace on the right, etc. Room about 850 x 380 cm.

--------
And then an open kitchen, but it could also be closed with a wall

About 440x370 cm
---------------
And then a closed kitchen

About 422 x 340. On the right, a bench from which you can slip in from top or bottom of the plan .. intended for 2 people to eat. Theoretically, there could be less storage space in the kitchen island and two chairs could be placed at the bottom of the plan.
Bottom right on the plan is the passage (sliding door) to the dining room. Kitchen for 2 people.

The 263 niche is too narrow.

If you place a sink row on the lower level, it must be at least 80 cm deep so that the distance to the island is not too large and you can still get through to the dining table on the right. The circle is the problem corner. If the niche is wider, the island can be a bit longer and the sink row a bit less deep.
