If you have ideas like "sliding door between cooking and dining," it always makes sense to also include the planned layout with approximately the intended furnishing for the planned floor plans. Otherwise, you can only say about the uploaded floor plan .. no sliding door fits in the desired area.
I find the walk-in closet on the upper floor for the bedroom very inconvenient. Whoever gets up first always has to go into the enclosed room and then past the person still sleeping. Moreover, despite the many square meters, the walk-in closet cannot accommodate that much wardrobe storage.
The vestibule in front ... I can't quite imagine it yet and would somehow not find it very inviting to use it as a "mudroom." One would have to know exact measurements for that. The "dirty" craftsman would actually be a reason for me to have an external access through the utility room.
If the study is also used as a guest room, the guest bathroom is somewhat inconveniently located.
A site plan would also be nice.
