I would make the vestibule just a bit smaller and instead add a nice window on the wall of the podium stairs to bring light into the two corridors.

Otherwise, I find the draft good.

The layout of the rooms is certainly debatable. But above all, the HAR is far too small, unless a basement is planned.

How would you arrange the bathroom? It is only important to us that you don’t look directly at the toilet from the door.

The washing machine, dryer, a freezer (100x60cm), & the heating system are to be placed in the utility room. That space should be sufficient? Everything else would go in the storage area under the stairs & upstairs in the storage room.
