None at all. You can only take a screenshot and then drag it into the correct format via Word. I think you can save up to six (?) different individual floor plan variants.

That's of course annoying, because I would really like to have the option to pass on a file so that the recipient can continue working digitally in it :-(

Does the planner actually also have house models from their catalog as "templates"?

As far as I know, unfortunately, that is not possible.

Yep. However, I didn't really deal with that, since only free planning was an option for us. But I believe all common standard house types from the manufacturer are accessible and freely modifiable.

At 30 degrees, one workplace in the children's room will function poorly.
Basically, I would place the bathroom and bedroom doors at the beginning of a dressing room.

On the ground floor, the shower with the toilet will be quite tight at 180cm... The kitchen is absolutely impractical with the poorly accessible tall cabinets in front of the pantry. These should be integrated into the workplace in the kitchen.
The cloakroom is also not great now... I would probably turn the wing towards the office into a day cloakroom, move the stairs to the opposite side, and use the space underneath for the main cloakroom. I would swap the kitchen and living room and place the pantry in the center of the house, next to the cloakroom, with a door to the kitchen, which would then be positioned in the current living room.

And I would swap the utility room with the WC. Then the guest/WC would be together and the corridor would then make sense as "Gast-Trakt." You would also get the entrance without doors.

Hello everyone,

thank you very much for your many suggestions and criticisms! Everyone seemed to agree with the upper floor. (However, I definitely took note of the comments regarding the roof pitch!) Therefore, I only adjusted the ground floor. But I spared myself the effort of writing down the measurements again.

As suggested, I swapped the bathroom with the utility room/HTR. The suggestion for a "guest or office wing" seemed quite reasonable to me. With the door now placed there, the corridor no longer feels so narrow and tunnel-like. I rearranged the bathroom a bit, hoping to use the space there more optimally.

I have now removed the wardrobe. It could be completely placed under the stairs. Then the space there would be used sensibly. This makes the hallway look much tidier. Against the wall facing the living room, you could now place a nice wide dresser with the usual items like telephone, router, etc.

However, I am still unsure about the cabinets in front of the pantry. Actually, this is the WH planner, and the kitchen arrangement was already predefined in one of the sample proposals. I haven't changed anything there. Therefore, the arrangement seemed quite reasonable so far. Perhaps one could consider shrinking the kitchen door from one meter to 80 cm. That would create a bit more space next to the cabinets. But as I said, I am still uncertain about that. Maybe you have some suggestions there?
