Does the utility room really need two windows? If you leave one out, you save a bit and have more space for furniture.

However, you would then have to pay attention to the exterior appearance...

If the pantry is also supposed to include a freezer appliance, then the room should be at least 130cm wide; otherwise, it will be difficult to replace a defective appliance later. Optimizing storage, it would be another 40-60cm wider so that storage can be created on both sides.

The question also arises regarding your wardrobe: How much do you need and where should it be?

Your kitchen is many square meters but has little use; I could imagine it narrower as a two-liner furnished with an extra-deep worktop, a standard-depth secondary line, and side cabinets on the wall to the dining room.

The staircase still needs to be countered. You are bringing the dirt before the landing, before reaching the cloakroom. The path is: entrance, cloakroom, staircase landing. It is also more charming to look down from the stairs through a glass door or room, rather than walking into a wall.

maybe you can set back the right wall of the utility room a bit and plan a wardrobe niche. Then I would try to accommodate the washing machine and the dryer in the children's bathroom, or plan a separate utility room on the upper floor.

How about if I swap the WC and HAR and, as written above, move the wall of the HAR in a bit?

I never find it very cozy to sit with the back of the sofa towards the dining table. I also don’t see any other solution with your floor plan, but you can certainly reconsider it again.
