Hello again, and thanks once more for all the feedback :-) attached are the drafts for the ground floor + upper floor yes, I adjusted the stairs again, the idea was always to have a turn at the top so that the headroom fits; I still need to clarify that with BT or the architect. I still have to position terrace doors and windows etc.
Thanks! Very valuable feedback, but if I want the technical room to be at least 4m long (in the current draft it’s even 4.14m long), in my opinion the arrangement of the kitchen and living area should stay as it is. I definitely don’t want a cramped TV corner with less than 4m distance to the wall, which would be the case if the technical room length is more than 4m. Still, I haven’t discarded the idea of maybe swapping it yet; I need to sleep on it. However, we only ever sit on the couch to watch TV in the evenings at most, nobody walks through the picture or anything like that. As I said, I still have to consider how it would be in everyday life with the living area practically right at the entrance.

You have a child. They grow up and bring friends over. They are then also there in the evenings, from a certain age. You will never have peace in the living room.
