Hey, the room is intended to serve as an office. I think it makes sense to house the technology towards the garage anyway, since no windows are possible on that side.

In general, there is still the possibility to swap the TV corner with the kitchen area.

You're welcome! But you have to adjust the sizes: the staircase is too small, the dining table too narrow, the freezer too small.

I wouldn't do it that way. Then you never have peace in the living area; everyone always has to go through there.

I would strongly advise you to furnish the drafts realistically. What the developer has drawn in there, in my opinion, are doll furniture and it still looks cramped.
