Hello again, and thanks once more for all the feedback :-) attached are the drafts for the ground floor + upper floor yes, I have adjusted the staircase again, the idea was always to have another turn at the top so that it fits with the headroom, I still need to clarify this with BT or the architect anyway. I still need to place the terrace doors and windows etc.

Thanks! Very valuable feedback, however, if I want the utility room to be at least 4m long (in the current draft even 4.14m long), in my opinion the arrangement of kitchen and living area should remain as it is. I definitely don’t want a cramped TV corner with a wall distance of <4m, which would be the case with a utility room length of >4m. Nevertheless, I have not dismissed the idea of possibly swapping it; I need to sleep on that again. However, we only ever sit on the couch in the evening at most and watch TV, so no one passes through the picture or anything like that. As I said, I still have to think about how it would be in everyday life with the living area basically right at the entrance.

The stairs are crucial for the planning of the floors. It makes little sense to plan anything further as long as the size and position of the stairs are not exactly determined. This one looks too short to me. Just for comparison: to overcome, for example, a 3m floor height, you need about 4m with a straight staircase.

You’re very welcome, but do think carefully again about the living room/kitchen situation with your partner. I find around 4m seating distance is perfect, for example with a nearly 65-inch TV. Now it may be true that you only watch in the evenings, but that will change in the future. The child will get older, maybe a second one will come and then might like to hang out in front of the PlayStation, which can be very annoying if someone is always walking through the picture. The alternative would be to play in their own room, but personally I would prefer if my child played in the living room with us. Also, the walk from the entrance with groceries to the kitchen is quite far, or if you want to get to the fridge at night. None of this is a dealbreaker now, but there are quite a few small things that can be optimized.

What I do really like about the current layout, however, is that the terrace can be really nicely integrated into the dining area. With a nice sliding door, that can become really beautiful, and the path from the kitchen to outside is very relaxed.

The WC could perhaps still be rotated 90°, then the staircase can be a bit longer. In the upper floor bathroom, there is also enough space if necessary to take a little bit from above the staircase.

As usual - thanks for the ideas!

Currently implemented: Idea with WC 90° rotation as an alternative and stair dimensions adjusted with architects' designs (just under 4m length)

It is not enough to come out at the 2-meter line at the top: the staircase must come out at 3.50.
