Floor plan 165 m² with basement, your opinion?

In this regard, we believe we will omit the pantry.

We are still undecided about the windows, as can be seen from the pictures :)

I would also orient the kitchen to the east and the living room to the west, simulates the path of the sun for you

A row of cabinets, a sideboard, an island, and a corner bench group: apart from the ground floor location, that looks to me like a break room with a kitchenette (for a dining room of a senior home residential group, the seating would be different and with more wheelchair turning space, but the ambiance in the basic tone similar). I expect Stromberg to come in right away and make a stupid joke about Ernie or Erika. I would never have thought this was a fully planned single-family full kitchen, only missing the fine tuning of the windows.
