The living room is the lounge corner. It should be located at the end of a room, not at the entrance.
In the lounge corner, you don’t need the best lighting, as it’s where you comfortably watch TV.
Instead, the kitchen is the place you want to enter first -> central meeting point, groceries, communication area.
Also, the terrace should always be quickly accessible from the kitchen. Because the terrace replaces the dining table and chill-out area, where during grilling the food and fridge should be easily reachable.

So far, so good! I understand that now. The living room should not be a thoroughfare, so you would swap the kitchen and the living room. Then the living room moves to the "end" and simply becomes cozy! Additionally, a short walking distance between the kitchen and the terrace is created. Sounds like a very good idea! You always read kitchen in the east, living/dining in the south/west, which is why I was a bit stuck there.

What exactly you mean by this is unfortunately not clear to me yet... You would extend the technical room upstairs and try to accommodate the laundry space there? Then downstairs, for example, only set up a guest room in the room, because the location of the room (big room?) is too good to make it a "storage room"? Did I interpret that correctly?

----

Now I looked at the floor plan again. Swapping the kitchen and the living room is not that easy for me. The kitchen would then move upwards next to the toilet. There is no real corner there to accommodate the kitchen, is there, or how would you solve that? Also, I wanted to include a shower in the toilet, which would further reduce the space for the guest room. Difficult! Maybe someone would like to quickly sketch something, I find that so difficult...

Best regards

Do you really want to plan the carport that far away from the street? Consider how much you will have to clear when it snows heavily, which is certainly not unlikely in the Augsburg area. I would move the carport forward, possibly combining it with a covered entrance (the carport could also be extended to the back to provide storage space for garden tools, bicycles, etc.)

Hello,

that of course also sounds logical. Although clearing with the tractor should probably be done quickly as well, right?
The storage space should definitely be placed at the back in the carport. But maybe I would also attach the room at the back later. I know the building window, but after a few years nobody asks about it anymore...
