As far as I know, the garage must have 5 meters of space in front of it, a carport can be placed on the building boundary. I agree with 's solution and place the parking spaces

Exactly like that, so place it in front. Passage then to the left of the garages/carport. Entrance on the side in the east. This also results in a cozy garden with nice west and south orientation. Light comes in winter through large south-facing windows. You will never lose any space because even 3 or 5 meters can be nicely designed. Every corner can be used.

So entrance in the east and living room in the west? With eaves entrance?

Living room in the southwest, entrance in the east. And don't forget the shady seating area in the north.

Thank you.
Yes, we had also once sketched something similar on paper.
So something like this:

Living | Work/Guest
Dining | Stairs/Hall/Entrance Eaves side
Kitchen | Utility room/Guest bathroom
Terrace
----------Terrace / "sunny" garden
"Up" = North
Possibly also guest room top left so kitchen could move bottom right. But since we pretty much definitely want a flat roof gable (for gaining space without a sloping roof in the upper floor), I consider this option visually not quite optimal. I find a bay window in the dining room very stylish and useful

Here are a few examples. Guest/office is in our northwest. These are old plans from us, and we were allowed to build a double carport directly on the street, and a bike parking garage behind it. But just imagine the garages and parking spaces suited to your development plan. The plot is 17x31m, so you can even plan one meter wider, which makes it a bit easier.

By the way, it ended up being Variant 1 with a 7x5m carport and passage in the middle, 3x5.5m bicycle garage and just under 3x3m Biohort Highline garden shed. We now have plenty of space to park outside.
