No, the programs 261 and 461 are practically the same. 261 is the loan variant and 461 the grant variant. The information sheet for 461 also includes the exclusion.

There is nothing to discuss here, they are not combinable. By the way, I am affected by this myself. Yesterday was a hint at a mistake in your thinking. What I do not understand, however, is that after the hint you did not read your documents properly before posting here again. And then you give false information in a know-it-all tone ("obviously different criteria").

According to item 8.8 of the guideline published in the Bundesanzeiger, a combination does indeed seem to be excluded. With reference to my above contribution, items 1 and 3 remain valid.
