If I now additionally put in 50k EUR of equity, it should basically work, right? An offer exists for a fixed interest period of 20 years. The question is whether it will actually be approved.

so a "local savings bank on site" with you is still at 1.74%/1.77% effective for 20 years, with a loan amount of 600 TEUR. (currently, however, there are longer processing times, especially if they have to create their own appraisal first)

Yes, it is an insurance company. Are they more restrictive? We had secured the conditions two weeks ago.
