Extension of deadline for KFW grant variant

Thanks LotteS, as far as I know, the video procedure of the KfW is also operated by the post office and they require a valid ID card or passport with security features. Unfortunately, a temporary ID card will probably not be accepted. Now we have the problem that time is running out and the extension must somehow be ensured.

The deadline extensions in 430 and 431 are currently also granted by phone. The grant recipient only needs to call before the deadline expires and request an extension. Sending an email to 430@kfw.de and 431@kfw.de at the same time doesn’t hurt.

Hello Alex1982, yes, that is what happened. The customer called the hotline and was transferred to a clerk who simply said he would enter the extension for 430 and 431. Unfortunately, this cannot be verified in the subsidy portal, so the customer called again a few hours later, and another employee checked and said that the expiration date of 30.06.2024 is now recorded for both programs. A written confirmation can be requested. I hope that it is now settled this way.

can anyone here provide information on how long you had to wait for the extension approval? I submitted my application for the 461 on 2.11. by e-mail but have received no response so far - not even a confirmation of receipt. I can't make progress by phone either; there they just keep putting me off and tell me to wait. Meanwhile, our approval period has expired and we still have nothing definitive regarding the extension, which is why I am gradually becoming anxious.

However, I haven’t even received an acknowledgment of receipt, neither back then nor with the email I just sent again for the umpteenth time. I will now try sending it by registered mail next week, maybe something will happen then.

we also need an extension for the Kfw- Förderung 461. We received a confirmation by phone for the extension of up to 2 years. The lady on the phone said it can take a very long time until we receive the confirmation by email. But an extension is not a problem and we don’t need to worry about getting it, as it is intended for this program anyway. I called under the number 08005399002.
